Your $225 consultation includes:

• Comprehensive initial wellness consultation

• Review of your symptoms, health history, and goals

• Personalized lab recommendations and orders, when appropriate

• Follow-up visit to review your lab results

• Individualized treatment plan based on your results and goals

Lab costs are not included in the consultation fee. Insurance may be used for laboratory testing when available.

Ongoing treatment, medications, and follow-up care are priced separately based on your individualized treatment plan.

Men's Hormone Therapy- starting at $149/month

Personalized testosterone replacement therapy with ongoing medical management and monitoring.

Includes:

• Ongoing TRT management

• Routine follow-up visits

• Medication and dosage adjustments

• Prescription and refill management

• Provider messaging between visits

Add-ons or other treatment options available including hCG and enclomiphene

Women's Hormone Therapy-starting at $219/month

Includes:

• Ongoing hormone management

• Routine follow-up visits

• Up to two standard compounded hormone medications when prescribed

Option to use insurance for Women’s HRT medications- starting at $109/mo

Peptide Therapy

At DUO, we take an individualized approach. Your provider will review your health history, symptoms, goals, current medications, and appropriate laboratory testing to determine whether peptide therapy may be an appropriate option for you.
